Return Policy:
- We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that
has been opened and/or partially used. This also includes opening the plastic
cellophane wrapping of perfume/cologne box.
- Returns will not be accepted 20 days after the purchase date.
- Any returned merchandise received in our warehouse without a proper authorization
by VivaBella.com is not eligible for refund or credit.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee when the purchase or shipment
was due to customer error.
- If the purchaser wishes to return an item, which was unused and unopened,
he or she is responsible for the shipping cost for the return.
- All credits and refunds are subject to approval by VivaBella.com.
- Shipping charges will be the purchasers responsibility, except in the case it is
an error on the part of VivaBella.com.
- If a return is authorized, please retain all postal and insurance receipts for your records.
- If a coupon was applied toward the payment of your purchase, you will receive a refund or
credit for only the portion of the purchase that you were charged for. If you have any
