Shipping Policy
We do not ship multiple products to multiple shipping addresses.
We do not ship to PO BOX or APO/FPO Addresses.
Our only package carrier is United Parcel Service.
We do not ship packages using any other carrier.
We do not ship using Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.).
All items in the United States are shipped via UPS and may be
tracked using the UPS tracking number.
Shipping Rates and Times
US Orders need to be placed before 3:30pm EST.
If placed before this time and all the credit card information is accurate,
the order will go out on the same business day.
US Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
Please keep in mind that Monday to Friday are business days but Saturday and Sunday
are not business days as specified by UPS.
Intl. orders take longer to process.
For UPS Ground Shipping we charge a flat rate of only $5.49 for all orders under $75.00.
For UPS 2-Day, 3-Day and Next Day Shipping we offer UPS real time rates for all orders.

UPS Ground Shipping is free for all continental U.S. orders $75.00 and over. For orders
less than $75, a $5.49 UPS shipping charge applies. Free shipping is not valid on two day,
three day and overnight shipments. The free shipping offer is only valid for UPS Ground
within the continental United States.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Locations within NY, the estimated delivery time is one to two business days.
Locations within the tri-state area of NY, the estimated delivery time is two to three business days.
Locations on the East coast, the estimated delivery time is three to four business days.
Locations on the Midwest , the estimated delivery time is four to five business days.
Locations on the West Coast, the estimated delivery time is five to six business days.
Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the
billing and shipping information is accurate. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors,
including your destination address, availability of item in our stock, and whether you have requested
that we ship to multiple locations. We calculate delivery estimates by taking our estimated shipping
dates and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination
shipping address. We recommend that you double-check that you have provided us with your correct e-mail address and phone number in case there are problems processing your order or credit card. This will facilitate delivery time.

UPS Ground Shipping is free for all continental U.S. orders $59.00 and over.
For orders less than $59, a $5.49 UPS shipping charge applies.
